A woman in her thirties got rid of the pain and complications of varicose veins that formed on her legs due to repeated pregnancy and constant household chores, after she visited Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital in Holy Karbala.
The specialist in thoracic and vascular surgery Dr. Ihsan Al-Amiri, stated that
“The patient was suffering from varicose veins, pain and swelling in the legs as a result of repeated pregnancy and household chores.”
He adds:
“The worsening of her condition led to it reaching the stage of varicose vein removal, and treating it is difficult.”
He adds:
“The patient visited several health centers and did not obtain the desired result.”
He also stated:
“At Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital, we were able to completely remove the varicose veins after performing an operation under general anesthesia under the supervision of anesthesiologist Dr. Zaid al-Moussawi, which lasted about an hour and a half.”
He pointed out that
“The patient was subsequently discharged in a stable condition on the same day.”
