General surgeon Dr. Ammer Al-Masoodi performed a number of successful surgeries at Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital, in record time.
Dr. Ammer stated: “Within a short period of time, we succeeded in performing 3 major surgeries, all thanks to the competence of our team and the quality of the hospital’s technologically advanced devices.”
As for the type of those surgeries, Dr. Ammer stated: The first one was a laparoscopic hysterectomy. In the second surgery, we removed a large tumor from the pancreas of a patient who was suffering from frequent abdominal pain and vomiting. As for the third surgery, we removed three ovarian cysts for a patient who complained of recurring pain in her abdomen.
