A woman in her 20s presented to Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital after accidentally swallowing two sewing needles. Gastroenterologist Najah Al-Saadi reported that the two foreign bodies were removed via laparoscopy in record time without making an incision and without any complications. The young patient was discharged from the hospital after a few hours. The GI team consisted of Dr. Najah Al-Saadi and his assistants, Sameer Al-Asadi and Haneen Alawi.
