The surgical team at Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital, led by cardiologist Emad Marji (Lebanon), performed a successful surgical intervention for a man in his 50s complaining of acute chest pain.
Dr. Marji revealed that the patient needed an urgent diagnosis to confirm his condition and save his life.
He added: “The surgery wasn’t easy because the patient suffers from coronary artery anomalies. We tried a different method to find the required artery and we completed the surgery without any complications.”
