The medical team at Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital saved the life of a man in his 40s suffering from a fractured skull and brain hemorrhage due to a car accident. IHH Media Department revealed that the patient was admitted to the ICU for a period of five days during which he regained consciousness gradually and maintained a stable condition. Medical examinations and laboratory tests were performed and the patient received the proper treatment for his injuries.
He was sent to the inpatient ward when he regained full consciousness. Dr. Hazim Moojid (neurosurgeon) and Dr. Hussein Al-Hajj Mohammed Ali (anesthesiologist/intensivist) followed up on the patient’s condition.
