Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital received a rare medical case for a 35-year-old woman who had a failed IVF (in vitro fertilisation) in the past but after 14 years of waiting she became pregnant.
The first-time mother underwent a C-section at IHH, performed by Dr. Hanan Abd Al-Rasool. The surgery was successful, without any complications, and the patient gave birth to a healthy baby boy.
