The Development and Relief Foundation, under the patronage of Ayatollah Sayyed Murtada al-Qazwini, which also sponsors Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital, announced the distribution of hundreds of food baskets and electric heaters in conjunction with the drop in temperatures and in support of deserving and needy families.
In the cities of Najaf and Karbala, hundreds of food baskets containing all the daily food supplies families need were distributed, according to the Foundation’s media.
The Foundation’s media also confirmed the distribution of hundreds of electric heaters to needy families.
This is not the first time that the Development and Relief Foundation has distributed food baskets, as it has been providing financial and in-kind support and assistance to many families in various Iraqi cities for years.
