The Ophthalmology Center at Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital performed a successful surgery for a man in his 20s suffering from infantile esotropia.
Ophthalmologist Akram Zghaib (Lebanon) stated: “The young man visited the hospital with an inward turning of one eye. He was scheduled to undergo two separate surgeries but we opted for just one. The surgery proved to be successful.”
Dr. Zghaib concluded: “The satisfying outcome of the surgery began to manifest after 20 days. The patient’s squint was fixed using the latest technology in ocular surgery.”
