The surgical team at Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital performed a successful procedure for a man in his 70s suffering from hernia. General surgeon Ammer Al-Masoodi stated that the patient, who has a pacemaker, came to Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital for an emergency surgery.
The patient underwent hernia repair under regional anesthesia administered by Dr. Zaid Al-Musawi. The man was discharged from the hospital after making a full recovery.
