The nursing staff at Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital participated in a specialty workshop on integrated nursing documentation, held by the Chief Nursing Officer, Ali Radhi. The CNO discussed several topics including the importance and methods of comprehesnive and detailed documentation in the nursing forms, in compliance with the evolution of healthcare practices worldwide.
