Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital held a scientific seminar on Erb’s palsy in newborn babies. The Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Haider Daher, stated that the seminar focused on Brachial Plexus Birth Palsy and how to minimize its complications with physiotherapy and surgical interventions.
The CMO also reported that the seminar was delivered by renowned physicians and was very successful.
Orthopedic surgeon Mehdi Abd Al-Sahib chaired the seminar, with the participation of:

– Pediatrician Haider Adil.
– Rheumatologist Wisam Al-Taee.
– Plastic surgeon Alaa Al-Jorani.
– Obstetrician-gynecologist Dunya Al-Sulaykhi.
At the end of the event, the abovementioned physicians were presented with certificates of appreciation in acknowledgment of their dedication to raising awareness about the disorder.
