Scientific symposium at Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital calls for “investing technology” in pain medicine

Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital held a scientific symposium titled “Modern methods in pain medicine.”
The hospital’s media department stated that

“The symposium comes within the framework of the hospital’s endeavor to establish and implement an optimal system for distinguished health care.”

The symposium was delivered by pain medicine and endoscopic surgery specialist Dr. Khaled Mohsen Murad, and pain medicine specialist Dr. Reda Muhammad Al-Kaabi, a consultant, with the presence of an elite group of academic and scientific figures and specialists, according to the media department.
The symposium included a series of presentations and lectures presented by an elite group of medical professors in the field of pain medicine.
The symposium began with a welcoming opening session, by the medical advisor of Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital, Dr. Mahdi Abdel-Sahib.
The lectures included several important topics, including: “The development of modern techniques in pain assessment,” “Physical therapy and alternative methods of pain relief,” and “The use of technology in chronic pain management.”
A session was also allocated for discussion and questions, where attendees actively participated in exchanging opinions and experiences.
The symposium touched on the importance of continuous development in the field of pain medicine, and how doctors and nurses can benefit from technology and modern methods to improve the quality of care and relieve pain for patients.
