The obstetrics and gynecology team at Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital successfully performed a C-section for a 32-year-old woman who underwent open-heart surgery six years ago.
Obstetrician and gynecologist Dr. Taktum Sakhar stated that “because the patient has heart problems, we had to complete the surgery within 15 minutes, with the assistance of the anesthesia team led by Dr. Abd Al-Ameer Noori.”
