On the occasion of World Disability Day, Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital organized a scientific lecture under the title “The Role of Physiotherapy in Treating Disability,” presented by orthopedic and traumatology specialist Dr. Mahdi Abdel-Sahib and joint disease and medical rehabilitation specialist Dr. Fares Al-Jilawi.
The lecture was started by Dr. Mahdi Abdel-Saheb, who gave an overview of the International Day of Disability and a brief definition of disability. The lecture was then continued by Dr. Fares Al-Jilawi, who discussed the role of physical therapy in improving the lives of people with disabilities and enhancing their abilities.
