The medical team at Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital helped a married couple achieve their dream of parenthood after a 16-year battle with infertility. The team consisted of Dr. Ameer Al-Araji (urologist) and Dr. Taktum Sakhar Al-Erabi (obstetrician-gynecologist). According to them, the husband had fertility problems and he underwent treatment while the wife received preconception care as she had been previously diagnosed with PCOS, and during her pregnancy, she suffered from gestational hypertension and diabetes. Praise be to Allah, the first-time parents welcomed a baby boy, and both the mother and newborn were discharged in excellent health.
