In remembrance of a humanitarian and professional journey rich in dedication and service, Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital held a memorial service honoring the late Dr. Manal Hussein Taresh, expressing deep sorrow, loyalty, and appreciation for her sincere contributions to patient care and the medical profession.
The ceremony opened with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an by Sayyid Abdullah Al-Husseini, Qur’an reciter and muezzin of the Holy Shrines of Imam Hussein and Al-Abbas, with the spiritual reward dedicated to the pure soul of the departed, praying that Allah grant her vast mercy and admit her into His eternal gardens.
Following this, the hospital’s Medical Advisor, Dr. Mahdi Abdul-Sahib, delivered a heartfelt address in which he highlighted the virtues and professional legacy of the late doctor, praising her noble character and unwavering dedication to her humanitarian duty. He emphasized that her passing represents a profound loss to the medical community and to the hospital, given her exceptional compassion and respectful, caring approach toward both patients and colleagues.
The memorial was attended by the late doctor’s father and relatives, along with a number of hospital staff members, who shared the family’s grief and offered their condolences and support, expressing their appreciation for the lasting positive impact and honorable legacy she leaves behind.
At the conclusion of the service, Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital administration renewed its sincere condolences to the bereaved family, praying that Almighty Allah grant them patience and solace, and that the late Dr. Manal’s deeds be counted among her good works.
