A medical team at Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital in Holy Karbala performed a successful surgery to remove a large tumor in the pancreas of a 60-year-old patient.
Dr. Amer Al-Masoudi, general surgery specialist at Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital, stated, “The patient was suffering from abdominal pain, and tests were conducted on him in other hospitals that showed the presence of a large tumor at the end of the pancreas, causing pressure on the stomach and left kidney.”
He confirmed the success of the operation by completely removing the tumor, and that the patient is in good health.
