The Iraqi judiciary announced, on Tuesday, the nullification of the lawsuit filed against Ayatollah Sayed Mortada Al-Qazwini regarding the “Al-Mashariq Schools” designated for orphans, due to the lack of proven charges against him.
The legal unit at the Development and Relief Foundation said: “Praise be to Allah, after a series of deliberations following the ongoing legal procedures in the court, the case filed by the heirs of the deceased donor concerning the land of ‘Al-Mashariq Schools’ for orphans against His Eminence Ayatollah Sayed Mortada Al-Qazwini has been resolved.”
He also added: “The plaintiffs requested the dismissal of the lawsuit due to their inability to substantiate their claims.”
