Our otolaryngology team performed an endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR) for a woman in her 40s suffering from nasolacrimal duct obstruction, nasal septum deviation, sinusitis, and nasal congestion. Otolaryngologist Mohammed Ridha Shubbar stated that the patient underwent surgery to create a new path for tears to drain between her eyes and nose, in addition to turbinate reduction. Both surgeries were successful and the patient made a quick recovery.
