Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital held a morbidity and mortality meeting for physicians and resident doctors.
Chief medical officer Dr. Hadi Awad stated that: “In this one-hour meeting, we addressed complicated medical cases, complications, and deaths.”
He added: “We also discussed a number of important recommendations on how to deal with these cases and how to avoid certain complications.”
