Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital set a new record of successful surgeries in the orthopedics department, thanks to its specialized medical staff and advanced technology.
The team has recently performed two successful surgeries for two women suffering from similar problems. Physician-in-charge, Dr. Haider Daher, explains that both patients are in their 70s and they both have complex fractures in the upper hip bone and heart problems, in addition to hypertension and diabetes. The two women underwent fracture fixation using locking plate technology, adding to the record of successful orthopedic surgeries at Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital throughout the years.
