Tuesday of Goodness: 145 Patients Benefit from Free Medical Consultations at Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital

Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital continues to provide its free and humanitarian medical services on a regular basis, offering complimentary medical consultations every Tuesday throughout the year, uninterrupted since 2017 to the present day. This sustained humanitarian initiative aims to support patients and ease the health and economic burdens on citizens.

On Tuesday, 30 December 2025, the hospital delivered free medical services across multiple specialties, benefiting 145 patients, with an estimated total value of IQD 1,740,000.

Several outpatient clinics witnessed notable patient turnout, including:
Rheumatology Clinic: 27 patients
Ophthalmology Clinic: 25 patients
Internal Medicine Clinic: 23 patients In addition, the free services covered a range of other specialties, including:
Pediatrics, General Surgery, Urology, Orthopedics and Fracture Surgery, Interventional Cardiology, Neurology, as well as Obstetrics and Gynecology.

The continuity of this weekly service for more than eight consecutive years reflects Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital’s strong commitment to its medical and humanitarian mission, and its dedication to promoting free healthcare as an integral part of its social responsibility.
