More Than IQD 104 Million in Free Medical Services Provided by Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital During December 2025

Under the patronage of His Eminence Ayatollah Al-Qazwini, Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital continued to fulfill its humanitarian mission by providing free medical services, discounts, and financial assistance throughout December 2025, as part of its ongoing efforts to ease the health and financial burdens on patients, particularly those with limited income.

According to official hospital statistics, the total value of medical services and financial aid provided reached IQD 104,401,000, benefiting 1,655 patients across various medical specialties.

These services included a wide range of medical consultations, most notably free emergency consultations, which benefited 253 patients, followed by internal medicine consultations (191 patients) and rheumatology consultations (175 patients). Additional services covered ophthalmology, orthopedics and fractures, neurology, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, cardiology, and other specialties. The value of discount vouchers alone amounted to IQD 45,135,000, benefiting 419 patients.

In terms of financial support, the hospital, through its Qard Al-Hasan (interest-free loan) program, provided humanitarian, interest-free loans to 30 low-income patients, with a total value of IQD 45,300,000, enabling them to complete their treatment without additional financial strain.

The administration of Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital affirmed that these efforts are an extension of the generous patronage and support of His Eminence Ayatollah Al-Qazwini, and a reflection of the hospital’s humanitarian approach to serving the community and strengthening social solidarity.
