In March 2025, Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital embodied the highest values of compassion and solidarity, delivering free medical services and humanitarian aid worth more than 85 million Iraqi dinars. Nearly 1,500 patients of various ages and backgrounds benefited from this generosity.
The scope of care ranged from medical examinations in internal medicine, ophthalmology, rheumatology, orthopedics, gynecology, general surgery, pediatrics, urology, and other outpatient clinics, to emergency services that served as a lifeline for 281 patients in critical moments. The spirit of giving continued through 507 discounted treatment forms designed to ease the financial burden of healthcare.
Hope also reached 31 humanitarian cases through interest-free loans totaling over 45 million dinars, helping to bridge the gaps of need and bringing smiles to faces long wearied by waiting.
These are not just numbers—they are living testimonies to a mission the hospital upholds: that medicine is a humanitarian calling before it is a profession, and that every patient deserves to find in the halls of this institution a sanctuary of mercy.
