He presented to the emergency department in an unstable condition, unconscious, and with an irregular respiration pattern. He was immediately sent to the intensive care unit (ICU) under the supervision of a specialized medical team, led by neurosurgeon Dr. Hazim Moojid and Dr. Hussein Al-Hajj, anesthesiologist\/intensivist and head of the ICU wards at Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital.<br\/>The patient&#8217;s CT scan results revealed that he had multiple brain bleeds and hydrocephalus. During his stay at the ICU, the young man regained consciousness and he was disconnected from the ventilator.
