After the medical examination, it was determined that the patient had large staghorn renal stones that required surgical intervention. We performed laparoscopic surgery to remove the stones through a small, 1 cm incision&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<p>Dr. Yehiya added: &#8220;We were able to stabilize the patient&#8217;s condition despite her high blood pressure, low levels of blood sugar, and thyroid hormone.
