The specialist in obstetrics and gynecology at the Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital, Dr. Taktam Sakhr al-Arabi, stated that<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\u201cA medical team was formed consisting of Dr. Zuhair Al-Badr, a general surgery specialist, Dr. Zaid Al-Moussawi, an anesthesia specialist, and I, an obstetrics and gynecology specialist.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
The doctor confirmed that<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\u201cThe medical team faced a major challenge due to the seriousness of the patient\u2019s health condition, as she was suffering from heart failure, high blood pressure, diabetes, a previous heart attack, and chronic asthma.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
Adding:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\u201cWe performed a hysterectomy on the patient using the laparoscopic technique, but her abdomen was not opened, and the patient, praise be to God, is in good health.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

\n\u201cBefore that, the patient visited several healthcare centers, but her uterus was not removed due to her poor health condition and the risk of performing the surgery on her.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
For his part, the anesthesiologist at Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital, Dr. Zaid al-Moussawi, explained that<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\u201cThe patient was suffering from a weak heart muscle and difficulty breathing due to asthma.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
He explains:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\u201cI was able to improve her condition after I gave her bronchodilator medications and reduced the fluid in her lungs due to heart failure.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
He adds:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\u201cI faced a great challenge during the patient\u2019s anesthesia because the oxygen level decreased during the surgery and its concentration remained high.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
The anesthesiologist continued:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\u201cPraise be to God, I successfully overcame this challenge and followed up on the patient\u2019s condition and blood pressure after she left the O.R., and her condition was stable.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
