She also suffers from chronic heart failure and high blood pressure.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>He explains:<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cThe large hernia and kidney failure caused fluids to accumulate in the abdomen and chest, while chronic high blood pressure caused the patient to have an enlarged heart muscle and an irregular heartbeat, so the option of general and spinal anesthesia was very dangerous to the patient\u2019s life.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>He adds: <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cAnesthesiologist Dr. Zaid Al-Moussawi decided to use regional anesthesia (paravertebral block).\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Dr. Al Masoudi confirmed:<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cThe surgery was completed successfully without any symptoms, and the patient did not need to enter intensive care after the surgery because regional anesthesia does not affect the work of the lungs and heart, and she was
