Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital witnesses the birth of triplets"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A 38-year-old woman gave birth to triplets at Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital, 20 years after primary infertility.<br\/>This is the fourth case of triplets that occurred at Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital during the year 2023.<br\/>The obstetrician and gynecologist at Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital, Dr. Bushra Al-Hashemi, stated:<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cWe performed a successful caesarean section on a 38-year-old woman, which resulted in the birth of triplets (two girls and a boy).\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Adding:<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cThe woman had been suffering from primary infertility for 20 years, and she was treated in several stages. She was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome, had color x-rays performed, and began ovarian stimulation treatments.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>The obstetrician and gynecologist added:<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cAfter medical follow-up and treatment, the pregnancy occurred after 20 years of being deprived of children.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>She continued by saying:<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cThe woman had difficulty during the seventh month due to contractions, and intensive follow-up began during these months.
