emotions reduce the production of substances that reduce the sensitivity of nerve cells to pain.<\/p>\n\n<p>People with chronic pain often feel tired, have trouble sleeping, have low libido, lose their appetite or sense of taste, or lose weight, or the opposite may happen.<br\/>Persistent pain can prevent people from performing their usual activities, withdraw from society, and become
