His enlarged prostate gland completely blocked his urinary tract.<\/p>\n\n<p> Al-Araji adds: &#8220;He visited many surgeons but they refused to do his surgery because his heart muscle was functioning at only 25%. He also has hypertension and elevated renal function. After he was medically examined by the urologist, nephrologist, cardiologist, and anesthesiologist at Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital, and despite undergoing diagnostic catheterization, we decided to perform a prostatectomy under regional anesthesia.
