A Message from the founder

On the happy occasion of the birthday anniversary of Imam Al-Hujjah Ibn Al-Hassan, the Imam Al-Hujjah Hospital had completed the 2nd year of its sacred journey which commenced on Tuesday 23rd of May, 2017 with modest medical services limited to the outpatient clinic, radiology and clinical laboratory departments.
Today, after two years have passed, the hospital has been elevated to a new level of excellence through the diversity of its health services in various fields. It has has received approximately 300,000 cases in addition to the quality surgical procedures performed at the hospital by distinguished doctors aided by superb nursing staffs. This includes catheterization of coronary arteries utilizing the radial and femoral catheterization, orthopedic surgeries, in addition to general and OB-GYN surgeries.
None of these successes would have been achieved if it weren’t for Allah’s divine will, coupled with the prayers of the believers, the contribution of philanthropists and the high spirit of the associates of this blessed enterprise.
At the same time, there’s a long way ahead of this humanitarian project until it reaches perfection. The original vision was to perform open-heart surgeries and types of heart valve implants, and here we are now at the final stages of preparing and equipping the open-heart operation theater at a close distance from our dream. Thereby, we will receive the honor of assisting underprivileged patients and believers.
Our Islamic teachings emphasize on the service and relief of those who are in need in times of crisis. Stories of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) confirm this. They (AS) have stated that “Fulfilling the need of a believer is better than a pilgrimage with complete rites” and “Whoever fulfills a need for his brother, Allah will fulfill one hundred of his needs on Judgement Day, starting with heaven.”
Therefore, we plead to Allah, the healer of all illnesses, to heal the patients at the hands of our respected doctors and nurses at this blessed hospital.
I’d also like to encourage all philanthropists to continue contributing to this great project so that together we can achieve what we aim for in regards to serving patients and ease their-and their families’ suffering, hoping that Allah guides us.
